We did a robust analysis of industry best practices and worked together with employees and key stakeholders to learn about the national and local parcel business, and user needs in these markets.
In order to give Baja Pack’s users a unified experience, we redesigned the website and connected functionalities that were previously unconnected (tracking shipments, price calculator, and content admin). All in one platform.

An all in one content manager
We also created a personalized content manager for Baja Packs site administrators. The content manager allows for easy changes in the website that include offers, FAQ’s, new branches, promotions and new services. Site administrators can easily make content changes without needing any coding or development skills .
